Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using any application or website operated by Aigu Labs ("Aigu Labs," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by Aigu Labs, including:

• The Aigu Labs website (AiguLabs.com)
• Time is Money (iOS and Android)
• Any future apps or services we release

1. Use of Our Services

You may use our Apps and website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our Apps, except to the extent permitted by applicable law
• Use our services to harm, harass, or deceive others
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services or systems

2. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Apps and website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Aigu Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• Sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Apps
• Modify or create derivative works
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

3. Purchases & In-App Purchases

Some Apps may offer paid features, one-time purchases, or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.

We do not process payment information directly. Any billing disputes should be directed to Apple or Google.

4. Disclaimers

Our Apps and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses
• Warranties that calculations or results produced by the Apps are accurate or suitable for financial decisions

Time is Money provides illustrative calculations for informational purposes only. It is not financial advice. Please consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aigu Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our services
• Any errors or omissions in the content of the Apps
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party content or conduct

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, which are subject to their own terms and conditions. By using our Apps, you also agree to comply with the applicable platform terms:

Aigu Labs is solely responsible for its Apps and content. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using our Apps at any time by uninstalling them.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 5, and 8) shall survive.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree to resolve disputes with Aigu Labs on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action proceedings.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using our services.
