Privacy Policy
Effective date: March 17, 2026 · Last updated: March 17, 2026
Aigu Labs ("we," "our," or "us") operates the mobile applications listed below (collectively, the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our Apps. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.
This policy applies to all current Aigu Labs apps, including:
- Time is Money (iOS and Android)
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
Some of our Apps allow you to enter information such as wage or salary data. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific App, this data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
Information Collected Automatically
We do not currently use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or crash-reporting services that collect personally identifiable information. We may collect limited, non-identifiable diagnostic information through the operating system's standard crash-reporting mechanisms (e.g., Apple's built-in crash reporting on iOS), which is governed by Apple's and Google's own privacy policies.
Information We Do Not Collect
- Your name, email address, or contact information (unless you contact us directly)
- Your location
- Device identifiers used for advertising
- Financial data beyond what you voluntarily enter locally in the App
- Biometric data
- Health or fitness data
2. Data Safety (Google Play)
The following table summarizes our data practices as required by the Google Play Data Safety section:
| Category | Data Type | Collected? | Shared? | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Financial Info | Wage / salary data | No* | No | Stored locally only |
| Crash Logs | Crash data | Optional† | No | App stability |
| Device IDs | Advertising ID | No | No | Not used |
| Location | Precise / Approx. | No | No | Not used |
* Wage/salary data entered in the App is processed entirely on your device.
† Crash reports may be sent to the platform provider (Apple / Google) based on your device's diagnostic settings.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- Platform Providers: Apple (App Store) and Google (Play Store) may receive diagnostic or crash information under their own privacy policies when you have opted in to sharing diagnostics with developers on your device.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with the law.
- Business Transfers: If Aigu Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information (if any is held) may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before this occurs.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
Because your data is stored on your device, you can delete it at any time by:
- Clearing the App's data in your device settings
- Uninstalling the App
If you contact us by email, we retain your correspondence only as long as necessary to respond and resolve any issues, typically no longer than 12 months.
5. Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
6. Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect information. Since most data never leaves your device, the primary security controls are those built into your device's operating system (e.g., file encryption, app sandboxing).
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Since we collect minimal data, there is typically very little to access or delete. To make a request, email us at the address below.
For California residents (CCPA) and EEA/UK residents (GDPR): we do not sell personal data and do not engage in profiling for advertising. You may exercise your rights by contacting us directly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide additional notice (for example, through the App or via email if you have contacted us).
9. Contact Us
